Vox Nobili - Voice of the Noble

10/1/11 NEW UPDATES! - Performance Schedule has been updated and we have new pictures, History & Cast information!  Please check out the Performances and About Us sections!

Madrigals - Songs of the Fifteenth and Sixteenth Centuries, typically arranged for three to eight voices, without instrumental accompaniment.  Particularly popular during the golden era of the Renaissance in England and Europe...

We are a small group of highly-skilled a cappella singers specializing in this particular style of music, with the occasional smattering of other period pieces.

Vox Nobili is available for performances of all kinds, either in semi-formal concert blacks, or in our richly detailed and lavish Elizabethan period costuming.

We have performed for several San Diego Shakespeare Society events, including their Annual Student Shakespeare Festival, for Gold Coast Productions' Escondido Renaissance Faire, for the Big Bear City Renaissance Faire, and at the Southern California Renaissance Pleasure Faire.

For more information on our repertoire, availability and contracting, please contact us at Director@voxnobili.org

We also offer music for the Christmas Holiday season, when we operate as The Spirit of Christmas Past.  We are currently accepting inquiries and contracting for the 2011 holiday season!  Please be sure to visit www.TheSpiritOfChristmasPast.com.
